Loretta Palacios has been promoting shows and concerts since 2003 as Loretta Represents, LLC, and now has become a non-organization 501, ( c ) (3), tax exempt. She has managed bands, booked, and promoted her own shows as Loretta Represents, LLC in the civilian venues in Hollywood, and San Diego. In the LA Music Awards, she also was a judge representing San Diego for the local bands in California.

Directly on military installations, she has brought in shows to the California military installations with festival events with military audience of 1,000—20,000 audience at Pt Loma, Pt Hueneme Naval Bases and Twenty Nine Palms. Within Camp Pendleton, Miramar Air Station, scheduled weekly rock shows, special events in the E-list and Officers clubs. Loretta Palacios is an associate member of the BLUE STAR MOTHERS OF AMERICA in the Escondido Chapter. She has worked for the government for over 10 + years, and still carries her clearances. Freedom To Rock is reaching out to the troops with services of counseling, and life coaches. Within Freedom To Rock, the board members are vets from every military branch. We want to make a difference.

Freedom To Rock was created for the men and woman who risk their lives defending our freedom, and for those who have fallen. We do this to show our appreciation to our troops for the many privileges we get to experience as Americans. As civilians, we owe so much of our freedoms to our Armed Forces.
