A dangerous new machine has come to life. Combine one of metal’s hungriest young singers, Jon Howard from Threat Signal, with gold-selling Fear Factory architects, guitarist/ bassist Christian Olde Wolbers and drummer Raymond Herrera, and you get ARKAEA, a new band that’s volatile, violent and vicious. The band also enlisted Threat Signal bassist Pat Kavanagh. ..s like the bludgeoning “My Redemption” and “Awakening”. mechanized thrash riffs and pummeling percussion forge a musical foundation for all-out metallic brutality. Wolbers’ guitars snake through a haze of feedback, while Herrera engages in drum warfare. The grooves hit hard with a piercing precision, and the vocals remain infectious, as each song proves a battle-cry for these musicians. “Gone Too Far” builds with a polyrhythmic, math metal strike, while “Blackened Sky” is a thrashy icepick of a track. Ultimately, this is more than a new machine; it’s a metal revolution.

“This new STEMM CD is our Vulgar Display of Power” states lead vocalist / guitarist Joe Cafarella.

Comparing their latest release, ‘Blood Scent’ (Catch 22 Records) to the epic release by the Metal Gods, Pantera is admittedly making a bold statement, but Cafarella will not budge in his reasoning. “There is a lot that went into the making of this CD. We are not saying that we are the next Pantera, that’s not even close to what I am saying. We just wanted to make a CD that would not pigeon hole us into a certain cliché sound. Let’s face it, Pantera made it on their live performances. While MTV was playing ‘Walk’ and ‘This Love’ us metal heads were cranking Fucking Hostile and Mouth for War. I am telling you that you will get that same type of feeling on the new STEMM CD as you would listening to Vulgar. And it’s just as real…”

Etched in Red is a progressive heavy metal band based out of San Diego, California. Often compared to bands like Tool, Mudvayne, Lamb of God, and Slipknot, they manage to capture a sound that is all their own.

Formed in September of 2002, Etched in Red has quickly taken over and made a lasting impression on the western coast’s music scene. The band, consisting of five members, have years of previous experience under their belts, but have since, over the years of being in Etched in Red, just begun to reach their full creative and performing potentials. Each member constantly challenging but complimenting the other, giving birth to a chemistry and an enigma that is bound to create and do things never heard before while creating the kind of music that changes lives, shooting those subtle yet stimulating chills down your veins.

MEDIUS exploded onto the scene in 2005 with a style all their own. Becoming an instant favorite among show-goers, the shockingly aggressive, heavy metal four-piece found a home in San Diego, California despite the predominately nu-metal, melodic scene. Unrelenting and uncompromising, they have somehow managed to appeal to a wide spectrum of fans; from hard rock to punk, from death metal to reggae, this unapologetic groove. Metal band had something for everyone.

It is very common to see or hear the phrase “In Remembrance,” whether it is on a bumper sticker, sign or in the media. In April of 2008, five musicians united and gave the phrase a new meaning by naming their band In Remembrance… to honor every member of our armed forces who has fought for our rights and freedom. Through music, the band seeks to remind its audience that fallen soldiers are our country’s heroes and should never be forgotten. The band specifically honors Capt. Brian S. Letendre (the older brother of lead singer Nick Letendre), who lost his life in Operation Iraqi Freedom on May 3rd 2006. Not only was he a brave Marine, he was a loving husband, father, son and brother who touched many lives. He is buried in Arlington National Cemetery beside his brothers in arms who have fought valiantly in defense of our nation.

Enemynside was founded in 1999 when the official demo-cd titled "From The Cradle To The Way" was released.
This demo allowed the band to sign a contract with Modern Music (a brand of Noise Records) for the internet record project called Sonickattack.  In 2001 the band recorded the promo-cd "Violent Beats" only for labels and press, and a new contract is reached with Temple Of Noise Records that produced the full lenght album in 2003 titled "Let The Madness Begin..." distributed in Italy and all over Europe through Frontiers.  In 2005 the song "Hatestone" (taken from "Let The Madness Begin...") has been included in the July issue of the Rock Hard Germany.  To promote the “Madness” album the band have had the opportunity to play all around Italy and abroad as headliner and supporting acts like Tankard, Dismember, Konkhra and many more.
